• To provide and maintain the Newto service.
• To display your profile and activity to other users.
• To calculate daily rewards and streaks.

3. Blockchain Data

Transactions made through Newto are recorded on a public blockchain (JasmyChain). This data is inherently public and cannot be deleted or modified. Your wallet address and transaction history are visible on-chain.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to provide core app functionality (e.g., blockchain RPC providers).

5. Data Retention

Profile data is retained for as long as your account is active. Ephemeral messages expire after 24 hours. You may request deletion of your off-chain profile data by contacting us.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to safeguard your wallet private keys — we never have access to them.

Newto is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
