Welcome to Newto. By accessing or using the Newto app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Newto, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Newto is a social crypto platform that allows users to:

• Create and launch social tokens on JasmyChain (EVM, Chain ID 680).
• Buy and sell tokens on the Newto launchpad.
• Track cryptocurrency prices and manage a watchlist.
• Engage with a social feed, ephemeral messages, and daily rewards.

3. Wallet & Account

Newto is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet and retain full control of your private keys. We never have access to your funds or keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.

4. Blockchain Transactions

All token creation and trading occurs on a public blockchain. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Newto is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, network failures, or smart contract bugs.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Newto for illegal activities, fraud, or market manipulation.
• Create tokens intended to deceive or harm other users.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Risks

Cryptocurrency and token investments carry significant risk. Token values may be highly volatile or may drop to zero. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and Newto makes no guarantees of profit or token value.

7. Intellectual Property

The Newto name, logo, and app design are the property of Newto. You may not use them without our written permission. Content you create (posts, tokens) remains yours, but you grant Newto a license to display it within the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Newto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular feature will be available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of funds, data, or profits.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Newto after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
